My wife used to pack my lunch back when I worked my first job in construction. Sandwiches weren’t the only thing she tucked away, there was always a sticky note with a little heart drawn on it. I would think to myself, “We make a pretty great team.” Little did I know just how great of a team we’d be. There were many mountains and valleys that would bring us to own and run a business not only together, but with our kids.
